Award winning vocalist Emma Pask has firmly established herself as one of Australia’s favourite voices in Jazz. Recently nominated for an ARIA award for Best Jazz Album of the year Emma has toured to sell out shows nationally and internationally throughout 2016. She learned to love jazz through her parents who played Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan and Carmen McRae, among others and her performances are reminiscent of the classic era of jazz, when swing was top of the charts. Her phrasing is supple and sophisticated, her dynamic variation astute and her diction exceptional. Emma will delight with her storytelling, swinging jazz standards, upbeat Latin rhythms and original material – all wrapped up with some raucous grooving blues. Don’t miss this amazing talent!
“The greatest gift to Australian jazz vocals in the last decade”.
The In-flight Bar and Diner opens at 6pm serving delicious snacks and a selection of wines and beers.
